Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please remember to inform Harlem Hustlerz as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. All no-shows and cancellations WITHIN 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a 30% fee.
Clients will be considered a “No-Show” 15 minutes after they have not arrived for their scheduled appointment. DEPOSITS for select services are non-refundable. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.
