Please review our policy before receiving services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the time, skill, and labor involved in providing hair services, all completed services are non-refundable. YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS We encourage every client to thoroughly inspect their hairstyle before leaving the salon. If you have any concerns, please notify your stylist immediately so we can address them whenever reasonably possible. Once you leave the salon, your acceptance of the completed service acknowledges that you were satisfied with the work performed. ADJUSTMENTS & CORRECTIONS If a concern arises due to workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. At management’s discretion, we may offer: • A complimentary adjustment • A touch-up • A correction appointment Corrective services are determined on a case-by-case basis and are offered only when the concern is determined to be related to the workmanship performed by Harlem Hustlerz Hairbraiding Studio. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR: • Change of mind • Dissatisfaction after accepting the completed style • Improper home maintenance • Sleeping without proper protection • Swimming, excessive moisture, or product misuse • Hair texture or condition that affects the longevity of the style • Services performed or altered by another stylist after leaving our salon DEPOSITS Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your service. Deposits may only be refunded if: * Harlem Hustlerz Hairbraiding Studio cancels your appointment, or * Management approves a refund at its sole discretion. RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and respectfully. We ask that clients extend the same courtesy to our staff. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please remember to inform Harlem Hustlerz as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. All no-shows and cancellations WITHIN 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a 30% fee.
Clients will be considered a “No-Show” 15 minutes after they have not arrived for their scheduled appointment. DEPOSITS for select services are non-refundable. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all completed services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your hairstyle, please notify your stylist before leaving the salon. If you contact us within 24 hours, we will gladly assess the concern and, when appropriate, offer reasonable adjustments. Deposits apply toward your service and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at the salon’s discretion.
